The boss part has a cylindrical shape which is internally fitted to an end part of the brush shaft, and has a bolt hole 41 for fixation on an outer peripheral surface of such a cylinder. The clamp hub part 40b comprises a clamp mechanism. The brush drive shaft 35 is inserted in a shaft hole 43, and a clamp bolt 47 mounted in a clamp bolt hole 46 is screwed therein, whereby a groove width of a split groove 45 is reduced, and the brush drive shaft 35 is clamped and held.
