Zusammenfassung: | To provide a system capable of reducing a heating heat quantity and/or a cooling heat quantity at a transmission source, and a heating heat quantity and/or a cooling heat quantity at a use destination as simply as possible.SOLUTION: A pure water temperature control system 1 of this invention includes: a pure water production plant 10; a pure water use plant 20; an outdoor pipe 30 for transmitting pure water from the pure water production plant 10 to the pure water use plant; and a transmission source temperature control device 40 for controlling a pure water transmission source to a transmission source target temperature. A data processing server 413 constructs a model for predicting a UA value from past weather data around the outdoor pipe and past operation record data of water temperature, a flow quantity, or the like, and inputs the latest weather data around the outdoor pipe and the latest operation data to the model to calculate a UA prediction value. A heating temperature determination device 42 acquires a pure water transmission source target temperature in accordance with the UA prediction value and a use destination target temperature of the pure water. The heating temperature determination device 42 can be a device which can determine both a heating temperature and a cooling temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】送出元での加熱熱量及び/又は冷却熱量と、利用先での加熱熱量及び/又は冷却熱量とを削減可能なシステムをできるだけ簡便に提供する。【解決手段】本発明の純水温度制御システム1は、純水製造プラント10と、純水利用プラント20と、純水製造プラント10から純水利用プラントに純水を送出する屋外配管30と、純水の送出元を送出元目標温度に制御する送出元温度制御装置40とを備える。データ処理用サーバー413は、屋外配管周囲における過去の気象データと水温・流量等の過去の運転実績データからUA値を予測するモデルを構築し、そのモデルに対して、屋外配管周囲における直近の気象データおよび運転データを入力しUA予測値を算出する。加熱温度決定装置42は、UA予測値及び純水の利用先目標温度に応じて純水の送出元目標温度を取得する。加熱温度決定装置42は、加熱温度と冷却温度との両方を決定できる装置でもよい。【選択図】図1 |
