Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for diagnosing the degradation of a lubricant that can diagnose the degradation of the additive of a lubricant, and a system and a method for monitoring the lubricant of a rotary machine.SOLUTION: According to the method, the concentration of the additive of a lubricant is determined using chromaticity data obtained based on measurement data of an optical sensor and the degradation of the lubricant is diagnosed based on the concentration. The system of monitoring a lubricant includes an optical sensor, an input device, a processor, a storage, and an output device. The storage stores the concentration of the additive of the lubricant obtained by the optical sensor in time sequence. The processor estimates the time when the concentration of the additive becomes a predetermined threshold, on the basis of the additive concentration data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】潤滑油の添加剤の劣化を診断することが可能な潤滑油の劣化診断方法、回転機械の潤滑油の監視システムおよび方法を提供する。【解決手段】光学式センサの計測データに基づき求められる色度データを用いて潤滑油の添加剤濃度を求め、これに基づき潤滑油の劣化を診断する。また、潤滑油の監視システムは光学式センサ、入力装置、処理装置、記憶装置、および出力装置を備える。記憶装置は、光学式センサで求めた潤滑油の添加剤の濃度を時系列的に格納し、処理装置は、添加剤濃度データに基づいて、添加剤の濃度が所定閾値となる時間を推測する。【選択図】図11 |
