Zusammenfassung: | To provide a flame-retardant anti-termite composition which is excellent in flame retardancy, anti-termite properties, cold resistance and extrusion processability and allows a power cable to be inexpensively manufactured, and to provide a power cable and a method of manufacturing the power cable.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant anti-termite composition contains at least polyvinyl chloride, an isocyanurate compound and a boron-based compound. The content of the isocyanurate compound is 0.05-10 pts.mass and the content of the boron-based compound is 10-55 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyvinyl chloride.
