The cuff support 12 is an end surface of the main body part 11, and is attached to at least one of the end surfaces of a lamination direction of the plurality of substrates. The cuff support 12 comprises: a second yoke part attached to the first yoke part; and a plurality of second teeth parts that are projected to the inner side from the inner peripheral surface of the second yoke part, and are attached to each of the plurality of first teeth parts.
