Zusammenfassung: | To provide a production method of laminated glass between which a half mirror film is sandwiched, and which suppresses wrinkles of the half mirror film in manufacturing.SOLUTION: A half mirror film for displaying a projected image is formed by laminating a transparent support 1, a phase difference layer 2, and a selective reflection layer 3 to reflect light selecting a wave length. The half mirror film and an intermediate film 5 are sandwiched between two glass plates 6, 7 to form laminated glass. The transparent support has an absolute value of in-plane phase difference Re of 10 nm or less and an absolute value of phase difference Rth in the thickness direction of 40 nm or less. The half mirror film and the intermediate film are arranged so that all edges of the transparent support and all edges of the selective reflection layer are located within the edges of the intermediate film by 5 mm or more. The two glass plates 6, 7, the half mirror film, and the intermediate film 5 are tightly adhered while heating the transparent support so that the storage elastic modulus of the transparent support is 2.0 GPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ハーフミラーフィルムが挿入された合わせガラスの製造時の、ハーフミラーフィルムの皺の発生を抑えた製造方法の提供。【解決手段】透明支持体1に、位相差層2と波長選択的に光を反射する選択反射層3を積層した投映像表示用ハーフミラーフィルム、及びそれに隣接する中間膜5を2枚のガラス板6,7で挟持した合わせガラスの製造方法であって、透明支持体は、面内位相差Reの絶対値が10nm以下、厚み方向の位相差Rthの絶対値が40nm以下であり、透明支持体の全ての端部および選択反射層の全ての端部が、中間膜の端部よりも5mm以上内側となるようハーフミラーフィルムと中間膜を配置し、さらに透明支持体の貯蔵弾性率が2.0GPa以下となるよう、透明支持体を加熱しながら2枚のガラス板6,7とハーフミラーフィルムと中間膜5を密着する。【選択図】図3 |
