To improve work efficiency in a state of maintaining collection efficiency of an exhaust object.SOLUTION: Kitchen ventilation equipment 100 comprises a sheet member 110 attached to an outer edge part 14a of an exhaust hood 14 provided above a cooking appliance 10, hung in a vertical direction, and having flexibility. The sheet member 110 is shorter than a length between the exhaust hood 14 and the cooking appliance 10. Consequently, the kitchen ventilation equipment can secure a collection effect of an exhaust object substantially equivalent to a case where a hanging wall is provided, and also can improve work efficiency in a state of maintaining collection efficiency of the exhaust object because it does not block a traffic line of a cooking person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】排気対象物の捕集効率を維持しながら、作業効率を上げる。【解決手段】厨房換気設備１００は、調理機器１０の上方に設けられた排気フード１４の外縁部１４ａに取り付けられ、鉛直下方に垂下された柔軟性を有するシート部材１１０を備え、シート部材１１０は、排気フード１４と調理機器１０との間の長さよりも短い。これにより、厨房換気設備は、垂れ壁が設けられた場合とほぼ同等の排気対象物の捕集効果を確保できるとともに、調理者の動線を妨げることがないので、排気対象物の捕集効率を維持しながら、作業効率を上げることが可能となる。【選択図】図１
