SEALING DEVICE

To provide a sealing device which is usable even in high-speed rotation while enhancing pressure resistance.SOLUTION: A sealing device comprises a rubbery elastic body-made rubber ring 120, and a resin-made resin ring 110 fixed to an internal peripheral face of the rubber ring 120 integrally therewith. A pair of first inclined faces 111a, 111b which are contracted in diameters toward axial-line both-end sides from a center of an axial line direction, and a pair of second inclined faces 112a, 112b which are contracted in diameters toward the center of the axial line direction from the axial-line both-end sides are formed at an internal peripheral face side of the resin ring 110.
