HEAT CONDUCTIVE SILICONE RESIN COMPOSITION

To improve affinity between a silicone resin and a heat-conductive filler and facilitate mixing of these materials and to suppress a viscosity increase of a silicone resin composition containing a large amount of a heat conductive filler and further to provide a composition having high heat conductivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat conductive silicone resin composition which comprises the following components (A) to (D): (A) an organopolysiloxane containing two or more alkenyl groups bonding to a silicon atom in one molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms bonding to a silicon atom in one molecule, in an amount so that the ratio of the number of hydrogen atoms bonding to a silicone atom in the component (B) to the number of alkenyl groups in the component (A) is 0.1 to 4, (C) 50 to 98 mass% of a heat conductive filler to the mass of the whole composition and (D) a catalytic amount of a platinum group metal-based catalyst, where the heat conductive filler has a contact angle to water of 75° or less on a surface of the filler.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、シリコーン樹脂と熱伝導性充填剤の親和性を向上し、これらの混合を容易とする事を目的とする。また、熱伝導性充填剤を多量に含むシリコーン樹脂組成物の粘度上昇を抑制すること、さらには高い熱伝導性を有する組成物を与えることを目的とする。【解決手段】下記（Ａ）〜（Ｄ）成分（Ａ）ケイ素原子に結合するアルケニル基を一分子中に２個以上有するオルガノポリシロキサン、（Ｂ）ケイ素原子に結合する水素原子を一分子中に２個以上有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン：前記（Ａ）成分中のアルケニル基の個数に対する（Ｂ）成分中のケイ素原子に結合する水素原子の個数の比が０．１〜４となる量、（Ｃ）熱伝導性充填剤 組成物全体の質量に対する５０〜９８質量％、及び（Ｄ）白金族金属系触媒 触媒量を含有し、前記熱伝導性充填剤が、該充填剤表面における水に対する接触角７５°以下を有することを特徴とする、熱伝導性シリコーン樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
