Zusammenfassung:To provide a cooling jacket for the internal hardening of a cylindrical workpiece capable of satisfactorily subjecting the internal face of a cylindrical workpiece to high frequency induction hardening, and the arrangement structures of the heating coil and cooling jacket of a high frequency induction hardening device.SOLUTION: Provided is a high frequency induction hardening device 1 comprising: a heating coil 7; and a cooling jacket 3 for internal hardening. The heating coil 7 is provided with: straight line parts 8a, 8b composed of a series of conductors and entering the inside from the opening 22a of a cylindrical workpiece 20; and straight line parts 9a, 9b returning to the side of the opening 22a by the same number. The respective straight line parts 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b are separated each other, and the respective straight line parts 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b are close to the inside internal face of the cylindrical workpiece 20. The cooling jacet 3 for internal hardening is separated from the internal face of the cylindrical workpiece 20 than the respective straight line parts 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b. A cooling liquid 13 jetted from the jacket 3 for internal hardening reaches the internal face through the spaces of the respective straight line parts 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b and cools the internal face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】筒状ワークの内面を良好に高周波焼入することができる筒状ワークの内面焼入用冷却ジャケット、並びに、高周波焼入装置の加熱コイルと冷却ジャケットの配置構造を提供することである。【解決手段】高周波焼入装置1は、加熱コイル7と内面焼入用冷却ジャケット3を有する。加熱コイル7は、一続きの導体で構成されていて筒状ワーク20の開口22aから内部に入る直線部8a、8bと、開口22a側へ戻る直線部9a、9bが同数設けられている。各直線部8a、8b、9a、9b同士は離間しており、各直線部8a、8b、9a、9bは筒状ワーク20の内面に近接する。内面焼入用冷却ジャケット3は、各直線部8a、8b、9a、9bよりも筒状ワーク20の内面から離間している。内面焼入用冷却ジャケット3から噴射された冷却液13は、各直線部8a、8b、9a、9bの間を通過して内面に達し、内面を冷却する。【選択図】図1
