Zusammenfassung: | To provide a tube container in which cracks never occurs to an inside face of a cylindrical drum portion at the time of embossing in an emboss tube and at the time that contents of the tube container are pushed out.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a push-out tube container subjected to embossing, which is characterized in that a concave groove is provided to a peripheral face on a shoulder portion side of a cylindrical drum portion, and a portion that is an innermost layer in the cylindrical drum portion and in which at least the concave groove is provided is formed using thermosetting resin as a main component that is a high molecular weight epoxy phenol. The push-out tube container is also characterized in that the epoxy phenol which forms the innermost layer of the cylindrical drum portion is a high molecular compound of 40,000-50,000.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 エンボスチューブにおけるエンボス加工時及びチューブ容器の内容物を押し出す際に、筒状胴部の内面に亀裂が発生しないチューブ容器を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、エンボス加工を施された押出しチューブ容器であって、前記筒状胴部の肩部側の周面に凹状の溝が設けられており、前記筒状胴部における最内層であって少なくとも前記凹状の溝が設けられる部分が高分子量のエポキシフェノールを主成分として熱硬化性樹脂によって形成されていることを特徴とする。又、前記筒状胴部の最内層を形成するエポキシフェノールが、40,000〜50,000の高分子化合物であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図3 |
