Zusammenfassung: | To provide an impeller which can improve the rigidity of an impeller main body itself, a rotating machine and a manufacturing method of the impeller.SOLUTION: An impeller comprises: an impeller main body 31 having a boss hole penetrating a center part and a hub face, and constituted of a reinforcing fiber-containing resin 32; blades arranged at the hub face of the impeller main body 31 in a plurality of pieces in a peripheral direction Dc of the impeller main body 31; and a reinforcing core piece 35 which is internally arranged at a portion located at the boss hole side out of the impeller main body 31, and whose internal peripheral face 35b defines a part of the boss hole. The reinforcing core piece 35 has an external peripheral face 35a for guiding a flow of the reinforcing fiber-containing resin 32 located at a back face side of the impeller main body 31 to a radial direction of the reinforcing core piece 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】本発明は、インペラ本体自体の強度を向上させることの可能なインペラ、回転機械、及びインペラの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】中央部を貫通するボス孔及びハブ面を有し、かつ強化繊維含有樹脂32で構成されたインペラ本体31と、インペラ本体31のハブ面に設けられ、インペラ本体31の周方向Dcに複数配列されたブレードと、インペラ本体31のうち、ボス孔側に位置する部分に内設されており、内周面35bがボス孔の一部を区画する補強コアピース35と、を備え、補強コアピース35は、インペラ本体31の背面側に位置する強化繊維含有樹脂32の流れを補強コアピース35の半径方向に誘導する外周面35aを有する。【選択図】図6 |
