Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electrolyte supply control device capable of suppressing supply amount of an electrolyte while suppressing increase in scale of a facility.SOLUTION: An electrolyte supply control device comprises: a moisture content acquiring section that acquires a measurement result from a moisture content meter for measuring a moisture content of a treated object to which an electrolyte is supplied and on which a dehydration treatment is performed; a charge amount acquiring section that acquires a measuring result from a charge amount meter for measuring a charge amount of a separated liquid generated in the process of the dehydration treatment; a moisture content comparing section that compares the moisture content obtained from the moisture content meter with a predetermined moisture content reference value; and a control section that reduces the supply amount of the electrolyte in an electrolyte supply section for supplying an electrolyte to the treated object when the moisture content amount is less than the moisture content reference value on the basis of the comparison result of the moisture content comparing section, and controls the supply amount of the electrolyte so that the charge amount obtained from the charge amount meter is within a predetermined charge amount reference range when the moisture content is equal to or more than the moisture content reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設備の規模が大きくなることを抑えつつ、電解質の供給量を抑えることができる電解質供給制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】被処理物に対して電解質が供給され脱水処理が行なわれた被処理物の含水率を測定する含水率計から測定結果を取得する含水率取得部と、前記脱水処理されることで生じる分離液の電荷量を測定する電荷量計から測定結果を取得する電荷量取得部と、前記含水率計から得られる含水率と定められた含水率基準値とを比較する含水率比較部と、前記含水率比較部の比較結果に基づいて、前記含水率が前記含水率基準値未満である場合、前記被処理物に対して電解質を供給する電解質供給部における電解質の供給量を低下させ、前記含水率が前記含水率基準値以上である場合、前記電荷量計から得られる電荷量が定められた電荷量基準範囲となるように前記電解質の供給量を制御する制御部と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
