Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact form in a battery unit including a flat type battery and a circuit board.SOLUTION: A battery unit 1 includes: a circular flat type battery 2; a circuit board 3 which is disposed at a lateral side of the battery 2 so that one surface faces at least a part of a side surface of the battery 2 when viewed in a thickness direction; and a holder 4 which holds the battery 2 and the circuit board 3.
