Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in the number of components and assembly man-hour regarding mounting of peripheral components such as cables and the like with respect to a valve body of an automatic transmission, and to achieve simplification and compactification of a valve body structure and improvement in the freedom of layout of an oil passage and the peripheral components in the valve body.SOLUTION: In a valve body structure of automatic transmission which includes a first body part 11 having a first mating surface 13, a second body part 12 having a second mating surface 14 overlapped with the first mating surface 13, and a separate plate 20 interposed between the first mating surface 13 and the second mating surface 14. In the separate plate 20, a protruding part 22 is provided which protrudes further to the outside than the first and second mating surfaces 13, 14, and at the protruding part 22, a mounting part 24 is provided in which a component 60 arranged around the first body part 11 and the second body part 12 is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】自動変速機のバルブボディに対するケーブル等の周辺部品の取付けに関して、部品点数及び組付工数の削減を図るとともに、バルブボディの構造の簡素化及びコンパクト化、並びに、バルブボディ内の油路及び周辺部品のレイアウト自由度の向上を図る。【解決手段】第1の合わせ面13を有する第1ボディ部11と、第1の合わせ面13に重ね合わされる第2の合わせ面14を有する第2ボディ部12と、第1の合わせ面13と第2の合わせ面14との間に介在するセパレートプレート20とを備えた自動変速機のバルブボディ構造において、セパレートプレート20に、第1及び第2の合わせ面13,14よりも外側に張り出した張出部22を設けて、該張出部22に、第1ボディ部11又は第2ボディ部12の周囲に配置された部品60が取り付けられる取付部24を設ける。【選択図】図2 |
