Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel catalyst loading method having no breakage of a catalyst, no concern that a residue of the catalyst remains in a reactor even after catalyst loading during catalyst loading to a sulfuric acid decomposition reactor used in a hydrogen production system for example.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for loading a catalyst to a reactor, which has a flow channel formed by an outer tube and an inner tube, and the catalyst loaded in the flow channel, for treating a process gas or a liquid by passing the process gas or the liquid from one end to another end of the flow channel, in which the catalyst is mounted on an inert gas flow and loaded into the flow channel from outside of the reactor via the inner tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】例えば、水素製造システムにおいて使用される硫酸分解反応器への触媒充填に際して、触媒が破損せず、触媒充填後にも触媒の残渣が反応器内に残る恐れのない、新たな触媒充填方法を提供すること。【解決手段】外管と内管から形成される流路と、前記流路内に充填された触媒を有し、前記流路を介して、前記流路の一端から他端に向けてプロセスガス又は液体は通過させることで、前記プロセスガス又は液体を処理する反応器に、前記触媒を充填する方法であって、前記触媒を不活性ガス流に載せて、前記反応器外部から前記内管を介して前記流路内に充填する。【選択図】図4
