APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING POLYARYLENE SULFIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering polyarylene sulfide (hereinafter referred to as PAS) preventing piping parts for respectively conveying a granular PAS-containing solid and a separated liquid solid-liquid separated by a separation part from breaking.SOLUTION: The apparatus for recovering PAS includes: a separation part for separating a dispersion containing granular PAS to a granular PAS-containing solid and a separated liquid by solid-liquid separation using at least one screen; a first piping part for conveying the solid by connecting to the separation part; and a second piping part for conveying the separated liquid by connecting to the separation part, where the first piping part and the second piping part have a double or more layers structure including a metallic inner layer pipe and a metallic outer layer pipe, there is a gap between the inner layer pipe and the outer layer pipe, and the inner layer pipe and the outer layer pipe are bellows-like piping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】分離部により固液分離された粒状ＰＡＳ含有固形物及び分離液をそれぞれ搬送する配管部の破損が抑制されたポリアリーレンスルフィド（以下、ＰＡＳ）の回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るＰＡＳの回収装置は、少なくとも１つのスクリーンを用いた固液分離により、粒状ＰＡＳを含有する分散液を、粒状ＰＡＳ含有固形物と分離液とに分離する分離部と、上記分離部と接続し、前記固形物を搬送する第１配管部と、上記分離部と接続し、前記分離液を搬送する第２配管部と、を備え、前記第１配管部及び前記第２配管部は、金属製の内層管と金属製の外層管とを含む二層構造以上を有し、かつ、前記内層管と前記外層管との間に空隙を有し、前記内層管及び前記外層管は、蛇腹状の配管である。【選択図】図１
