The locking rod 10 is configured such that, when the locking rod is attached to a horizontal beam 31 (part of a structure) of a work table 30, a space 36 into which the left and right front wheels or the left and right rear wheels can be inserted for engagement is defined between the locking rod and the horizontal beam 31. The attachment member 11 comprises a hooking body 18 (attaching part) that is fitted on the horizontal beam 31 of the work table 30, so as to attach the locking rod 10.
