SLUDGE DEWATERING AGENT AND SLUDGE DEWATERING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dewatering agent and a sludge dewatering method capable of obtaining a dewatering effect higher than that of the prior art even in a case of a sludge generated in general civil works and other difficult dewatering sludge, capable of further reducing a moisture content of an obtained dewatered cake, and capable of improving a filtration speed.SOLUTION: There is provided a sludge dewatering agent containing anionic organic polymer coagulant with intrinsic viscosity of 3 dl/g or less, for an extra sludge generated by civil work and construction work, or for a sludge generated by treatment of sewage, raw sewage, steel waste water, paper pulp wastewater, food factory wastewater, automobile factory wastewater, petrochemical factory wastewater, and machinery factory wastewater. The sludge dewatering agent preferably contains an anionic organic polymer coagulant, an inorganic coagulant and/or a cationic organic polymer coagulant. Also there is provided a sludge dewatering method of adding an anionic organic polymer coagulant having an intrinsic viscosity of 3 dl/g or less to the sludge to be aggregated, and thereafter adding an inorganic coagulant and/or a cationic organic polymer coagulant to be aggregated, and thereafter applying dewatering treatment thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】一般的な土木工事で発生する汚泥、その他の難脱水性の汚泥に対しても、従来技術以上の脱水効果を得ることができ、得られる脱水ケーキの含水率の更なる低減が可能であると共に、ろ過速度の向上が可能な汚泥脱水剤及び汚泥脱水方法を提供する。【解決手段】固有粘度３ｄｌ／ｇ以下のアニオン性有機高分子凝集剤を含む、土木・建設工事で発生する余剰汚泥、または下水、屎尿、鉄鋼排水、紙パルプ排水、食品工場排水、自動車工場排水、石油化学工場排水、機械工場排水の処理で発生する汚泥の脱水剤。好ましくはこのアニオン性有機高分子凝集剤と、無機凝集剤及び／又はカチオン性有機高分子凝集剤とを含む。汚泥に固有粘度３ｄｌ／ｇ以下のアニオン性有機高分子凝集剤を添加して凝集処理した後、無機凝集剤及び／又はカチオン性有機高分子凝集剤を添加して凝集処理し、その後脱水処理する汚泥脱水方法。【選択図】図１
