Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse combustion type combustion device that adopts a synthetic resin exhaust gas collection cylinder having a structure enabling self-supporting by providing at least three leg portions.SOLUTION: A reverse combustion type combustion device (1) includes: a combustion section (2) for burning fuel downwards; heat exchangers (4, 5) disposed below the combustion section (2); and an exhaust gas collection cylinder (6) disposed below the heat exchangers (4, 5). The exhaust gas collection cylinder (6) is constituted by a molded product made of a synthetic resin material. The exhaust gas collection cylinder (6) includes: an opening (30) formed on the upper side to introduce combustion exhaust gas; a fixation portion (33) for fixing the heat exchanger (5); and an inclined bottom portion (35) for collecting condensation water generated from the combustion exhaust gas in the heat exchanger (5). At least three leg portions (40) enabling self-supporting of the exhaust gas collection cylinder (6) are integrally molded at a lower end of the exhaust gas collection cylinder (6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】少なくとも3つの脚部を設けて自立可能な構造にした合成樹脂製の排気集合筒を採用した逆燃焼式燃焼装置を提供する。【解決手段】燃料を下方に向けて燃焼させる燃焼部(2) と、燃焼部(2) の下方に配置された熱交換器(4,5) と、熱交換器(4,5) の下方に配置された排気集合筒(6) とを備えた逆燃焼式燃焼装置(1) において、排気集合筒(6) は合成樹脂材料製の成形品で構成され、排気集合筒(6) は、上部に形成された燃焼排気を導入する為の開口部(30)と、熱交換器(5) を固定するための固定部(33)と、熱交換器(5) で燃焼排気から発生した凝縮水を集める傾斜状の底部(35)とを備え、記排気集合筒(6) の下端部には、排気集合筒(6) を自立可能にする少なくとも3つの脚(40)が一体成形されている。【選択図】図3 |
