Thereby vinyl chloride monomer gas which is a causative material for scale formation can be pushed back from the connection piping 20 to the polymerization reactor and scale formation can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】塩化ビニール系樹脂製造のための重合反応器の接続配管内に、スケールが形成され、スケールが成長していくと、その配管内が閉塞し、重合プロセスに支障をきたす。特に、安全弁接続配管が閉塞すれば、反応制御が困難となる。このために、定期的に各接続配管を解体し、内部を掃除しなければならない。また、この時に、塩化ビニールモノマーガスが系外に放出される可能性もあり、好ましいことではない。これらのことを防ぐ対策を行なった製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】重合反応器上部の各接続配管を集約して、その接続配管20に、窒素配管21を繋ぎこみ、配管容積分の窒素を封入する。これによりスケール形成の原因物質である塩化ビニールモノマーガスを、接続配管20から重合反応器内に押し戻すことができ、スケール形成を防止できる。【選択図】 図2
