TEMPORARY FASTENING JIG OF BLOCK CAP FOR BOLT ATTACHMENT HOLE AND DRIVING JIG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary fastening jig of a block cap which can quickly, continuously and temporarily fasten the block cap without causing uneven work with respect to a plurality of bolt attachment holes which are formed at a track rail of a guide device.SOLUTION: A temporary fastening jig of a block cap comprises: a guide body which is assembled to a track rail via a large number of rolling bodies, and movable with respect to the track rail; a stack member which is fixed to the guide body, has cap filling holes opposing the bolt attachment holes, and accommodates a plurality of the block caps in the cap filling holes by laminating them; and a pressing member which is fixed to the guide body, has a guide groove for forming a wedge-shaped space along a longitudinal direction of the track rail, introduces the block cap which is supplied on the track rail from the cap filling hole into the wedge-shaped space accompanied by the movement of the guide body, and presses the block cap to the bolt attachment hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】案内装置の軌道レールに設けられた複数のボルト取付け孔に対して、作業むらを発生させることなく閉塞キャップを素早く連続的に仮止めすることが可能な閉塞キャップの仮止め治具を提供する。【解決手段】前記軌道レールに対して多数の転動体を介して組み付けられ、当該軌道レールに対して移動自在な案内体と、前記案内体に固定されると共に前記ボルト取付け孔に対向したキャップ装填孔を有し、前記キャップ装填孔内に複数の閉塞キャップを積み重ねて収容するスタック部材と、前記案内体に固定されると共に、前記軌道レールの長手方向に沿って楔状空間を形成する誘導溝を有し、前記キャップ装填孔から前記軌道レール上に供給された閉塞キャップを前記案内体の移動に伴って前記楔状空間に導入し、当該閉塞キャップを前記ボルト取付け孔に対して押圧する押し込み部材と、を備えている。【選択図】 図３
