SILODOSIN-CONTAINING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silodosin-containing pharmaceutical composition for oral administration having higher storage stability under the action of light and temperature and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising silodosin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a low-molecular-weight basic additive. There is provided a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition, the method preferably comprises: 1a) a step of mixing silodosin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and an excipient in a fluidized bed granulating dryer; 2a) a step of dissolving a binder and a low-molecular-weight basic additive in water to prepare an aqueous solution; 3a) a step of spraying the aqueous solution obtained in the step 2a) to a mixture obtained in the step 1a) followed by granulation of the mixture, or the method preferably comprises: 1b) a step of mixing silodosin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, an excipient and a low-molecular-weight basic additive in a fluidized bed granulating dryer; 2b) a step of dissolving a binder in water to prepare an aqueous solution; and 3b) a step of spraying the aqueous solution obtained in the step 2b) to a mixture obtained in the step 1b) followed by granulation of the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】光と温度の作用下で保存安定性がより高いシロドシン含有経口投与用医薬組成物とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】医薬組成物は、シロドシンまたはその薬学的に許容される塩と、低分子量の塩基性添加物とを含む。医薬組成物の製造方法は１ａ）シロドシンまたはその薬学的に許容される塩と賦形剤とを流動層造粒乾燥機内で混合する工程と、２ａ）結合剤と低分子量の塩基性添加物とを水に溶解して水溶液を調製する工程と、３ａ）工程１ａ）で得られた混合物に、工程２ａ）で得られた水溶液をスプレーして造粒する工程とを含むことが好ましく、また、１ｂ）シロドシンまたはその薬学的に許容される塩と、賦形剤と、低分子量の塩基性添加物とを流動層造粒乾燥機内で混合する工程と、２ｂ）結合剤を水に溶解して水溶液を調製する工程と、３ｂ）工程１ｂ）で得られた混合物に工程２ｂ）で得られた水溶液をスプレーして造粒する工程を含むことが好ましい。【選択図】なし
