Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution capable of uniformly heating a pipe reclamation member over the whole length while preventing dropping of water droplets to the pipe reclamation member and preventing insufficient heating of the pipe reclamation member caused by accumulation of water droplets.SOLUTION: In a heating method of a pipe reclamation member, the pipe reclamation member 102 wound in a prescribed winding attitude is heated and softened before being inserted into an existing pipe. The pipe reclamation member is mounted on a rotating shaft 40 disposed in a heating chamber 12 first. Then a water droplet prevention member 90 covering an upper part of the pipe reclamation member is disposed with a clearance to a top wall of the heating chamber. Then steam is supplied into the heating chamber to heat and soften the pipe reclamation member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】管更生部材上への水滴の落下が防止され、水滴の滞留による管更生部材の加熱不足が防止され、管更生部材の全長に亘って均一に加熱できる構成を提供する。【解決手段】管更生部材の加熱方法で、所定の巻き姿に巻かれた管更生部材102を既設管内に挿入する前に加熱軟化させる。先ず、加熱室12内に設けられた回転軸40に管更生部材を装着する。次に、管更生部材の上方を覆う水滴防止部材90を加熱室の天壁との間に間隔をあけた状態で設置する。そして、加熱室内に蒸気を供給して、管更生部材を加熱軟化させる。【選択図】図2
