Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading device which, when a reading object has a light-emitting area, properly reads the reading object in accordance with an amount of light emission from the reading object.SOLUTION: When a reading object including a light-emitting area is the target of reading, a reading mechanism in a reading part detects the light-emitting area. The detected light-emitting area is read by the reading part and the reading operation of the reading part is controlled on the basis of variation in the amount of received light from the light-emitting area during the reading.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】読取対象物が発光領域を有する場合に、読取対象物の発光量に応じて読取りを適切に行う読取装置を提供する。【解決手段】発光領域を含む読取対象物を読取対象とする場合、読取部の読取機構により発光領域を検出する。検出された発光領域を読取部に読み取らせ、当該読取中において、発光領域からの受光量の変化に基づいて読取部の読取動作を制御する。【選択図】図８
