Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium having a collection performance improved by utilizing an adsorption effect of an electrification intensifying agent and a surface active agent which are added to fine fibers forming air filter medium.SOLUTION: In an air filter medium 1 constituted with a substrate layer 2 and a fine fiber layer 3 which is provided on an upper surface of the substrate layer 2 and has a charging property, the fine fiber layer 3 is constituted with fibers of which the average fiber diameter is 100 to 1500 nm, volume resistivity of a polymer which forms the fine fiber layer 3 is 10Ωcm or more, dielectric loss tangent thereof is 0.001 or less, and the fine fiber layer 3 contains at least one selected from a hindered amine type photo stabilizer as a heterocyclic compound containing nitrogen element, a hindered phenol type photo stabilizer and a benzotriazole type photo stabilizer, and a nonionic surface active agent having an aromatic cyclic structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、エアフィルタ濾材を形成する細繊維に添加する帯電強化剤および界面活性剤の吸着効果を利用することにより、捕集性能を向上させた濾材を提供する。【解決手段】基材層2と、基材層2の上面に設けた帯電性を有する細繊維層3から構成されるエアフィルタ濾材1において、細繊維層3は、平均繊維径が100nm以上1500nm以下の繊維で構成され、細繊維層3を形成する高分子の体積抵抗率が1016Ωcm以上、且つ誘電正接が0.001以下であり、細繊維層3には窒素元素を含む複素環状化合物であるヒンダードアミン系光安定剤、ヒンダードフェノール系光安定剤、ベンゾトリアゾール系光安定剤から選定される少なくとも一つ以上の光安定剤および芳香族環状構造を有する非イオン性界面活性剤を含有させたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
