Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable pressure distribution in the same state as an environment where a brake is actually actuated to be easily measured for each of both side surfaces of a rotor.SOLUTION: A brake pressure distribution measurement method comprises installing a displacement sensor 25 for an outer pad and a displacement sensor 26 for an inner pad between an outer disc plate 21 and inner disc plate 22 of a disc rotor 20, and measuring displacement of each pad slide surface. The method comprises executing analysis with a computer, based on minute displacement of each pad slide surface obtained by the measurement, and calculating pressure distribution on each pad slide surface. The method comprises forming a hole on the outer disc plate 21 and the inner disc plate 22 to locally reduce rigidity, or devising a structure of the displacement sensor to change sensitivity for each surface of each displacement sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】実際にブレーキが作動する環境と同じ状態の圧力分布を容易に、且つ回転体の両側面のそれぞれについて個別に圧力分布を計測可能にすること。【解決手段】ディスクロータ20のアウターディスク板21、インナーディスク板22の間にアウターパッド用変位センサ25、インナーパッド用変位センサ26を設置して各パッド摺動面の変位をそれぞれ計測する。前記計測により得られた各パッド摺動面の微小変位に基づき、コンピュータによる解析を実施して、各パッド摺動面における圧力分布をそれぞれ算出する。アウターディスク板21、インナーディスク板22に穴などを形成して局部的に剛性を下げるか、または変位センサの構造を工夫して各変位センサの面毎の感受性を変化させる。【選択図】図2 |
