The shank part of the pin member has a circular shape in which a sectional shape crossing at a right angle with a longitudinal direction of the shank part is a polygonal shape or a circle of which diameter varies along a peripheral direction and at the same time the insertion and passing holes have shapes corresponding to the sectional shape crossing at a right angle in respect to the longitudinal direction of the shank part.
