Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a refrigeration cycle apparatus which uses a working fluid including HFO 1123.SOLUTION: The refrigerant cycle apparatus is provided that is constituted by encapsulating a working fluid including 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene and difluoromethane in a refrigerant cycle circuit constituted by annularly connecting a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator. The compressor 102 is provided with a low-strength portion 200 at a part of the outer shell thereof, and the low-strength portion 200 is configured to melt at a predetermined temperature or more lower than a temperature at which the working fluid causes a disproportionation reaction by an external energy source or to cause strength reduction by the temperature rise to discharge the working fluid in the compressor to the outside. As a result, when the working fluid reaches a temperature at which a disproportionation reaction is likely to take place, the working fluid is discharged to the outside to reduce the pressure, so that a disproportionation reaction can be prevented beforehand and the reliability of the refrigeration cycle apparatus can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】HFO1123を含む作動流体を用いた冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を高める。【解決手段】圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張弁と、蒸発器とを環状に接続して構成した冷凍サイクル回路に、1,1,2−トリフルオロエチレンとジフルオロメタンとを含む作動流体を封入して構成した冷凍サイクル装置であって、前記圧縮機102はその外郭の一部に低強度部200を設け、この低強度部200は前記作動流体が外部エネルギ源によって不均化反応を起こす温度より低い所定の温度以上で溶解もしくは高温化による強度低下を起こして圧縮機内の作動流体を外部に放出する構成としてある。これにより、作動流体が不均化反応を起こしやすい温度になると作動流体を外部に放出して圧力を下げるので、不均化反応を未然に防止でき、冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図6 |
