【課題】所定の吸光度の材料を使用しなくても部材同士の接合強度を確保し、外観品質を良好にできる溶着部品の溶着方法、当該方法に用いられる樹脂部品および溶着部品の溶着装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る溶着方法は、第1部材210と第2部材220を準備する。第1部材は肉厚が異なる第1厚肉部211と薄肉部212を備え、一方の側に平坦な接合面JSを備え、他方の側に厚肉部を薄肉部よりも内方に形成した凸状のレーザー接合面LSを設けている。第2部材は平坦な接合面を備える。そして、第1部材と第2部材の接合面同士を互いに接触させ、第1部材のレーザー照射面の側においてレーザーLを第1厚肉部と薄肉部に照射し、接合面の側において薄肉部を第2部材に溶着する。【選択図】図16 |
