HMT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a work efficiency of HMT assembly work and an output adjustment work.SOLUTION: An HMT structure of this invention comprises a planetary unit including a planet housing that can be attached to or detached from a predetermined fixing location and an HST unit including an HST housing that can be attached to or detached from the planetary housing. The planetary housing is provided with: a constant velocity input part capable of inputting a rotating power from a driving source under an attached state to a fixing location; a constant velocity output part connected in operation to the constant velocity input part and a pump shaft connected and disconnected according to attachment/detachment of te HST housing to the planetary housing; a variable input part that cannot be rotated with respect to a sun gear and the motor shaft is connected and disconnected according to attachment/detachment of the HST housing with respect to the planetary housing; a constant velocity transmittance part for connecting the constant velocity input part in operation to a constant velocity input element; and a synthetic output part connected in operation to an output element and connected and disconnected with respect to a predetermined driving member according to attachment/detachment of the planetary housing to its fixing location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ＨＭＴの組み付け作業及び出力調整作業の作業効率向上を図る。【解決手段】本発明のＨＭＴ構造は、所定取付箇所に着脱可能な遊星ハウジングを含む遊星ユニットと前記遊星ハウジングに着脱可能なＨＳＴハウジングを含むＨＳＴユニットとを備える。遊星ハウジングには、取付箇所への装着状態において駆動源からの回転動力を入力可能とされた定速入力部と、定速入力部に作動連結され且つＨＳＴハウジングの遊星ハウジングへの着脱に応じてポンプ軸が連結及び連結解除される定速出力部と、サンギヤに対し相対回転不能とされ且つＨＳＴハウジングの遊星ハウジングへの着脱に応じてモータ軸が連結及び連結解除される可変入力部と、定速入力部を定速入力要素に作動連結する定速伝動部と、出力要素に作動連結され且つ遊星ハウジングの取付箇所への着脱に応じて所定駆動部材に対し連結及び連結解除される合成出力部とが設けられている。【選択図】図２
