Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for an existing building capable of purchasing the existing building with a sense of security and a cost calculation system for the same.SOLUTION: A repair method for an existing building includes a primary repair step of demolishing inner packaging of the existing building to expose a structure building frame of the building, and a secondary repair step of constructing inner packaging of the building whose structure building frame is exposed by the primary repair step. The repair method further includes: an inspection step for inspecting the structure building frame exposed by the primary repair step during a period after completion of the primary repair step and before start of the secondary step; a repair step for repairing the structure building frame when repair of the structure building frame is necessary after the inspection step; and a previewing step for making those who wish to purchase the building preview the exposed structure building frame after the inspection step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
