Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply inspection device in which the difference in the voltage and the switching ripple voltage of a DV power source is not large between when a measurement is being made and when a measurement is not being made, and a probe which can appropriately measure the voltage of the DC power source.SOLUTION: An A/D conversion circuit 12 converts a power source voltage of a DC power source 2 input from a measurement terminal 71 from an analog signal to a digital signal, using the electricity stored in a battery 32. An operation unit 14 determines the presence of degradation of the DC power source 2 based on a plurality of digital signals obtained from an A/D conversion circuit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】測定時と非測定時とで、DC電源の電圧およびスイッチングリップル電圧の差が大きくならないようにできる電源検査装置、およびDC電源の電圧の適切な測定ができるプローブを提供する。【解決手段】A/D変換回路12は、バッテリ32に蓄積された電力を用いて、測定端子71から入力されたDC電源2の電源電圧をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換する。演算部14は、A/D変換回路12から得られる複数のデジタル信号に基づいて、DC電源2の劣化の有無を判定する。【選択図】図1
