Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of recognizing an object existing far away same as in the case of existing in the vicinity.SOLUTION: A monitoring device includes: a present data calculation part for acquiring distance data up to an object existing in a monitoring area from a measurement result of a three-dimensional laser scanner which measures the monitoring area as the present distance data; a comparison data calculation part for acquiring the past distance data from the measurement result so as to be converted into comparison distance data; a floor recognition part for recognizing whether the object shown by the distance data is a floor or other than the floor; a perspective correction part for performing a perspective correction with respect to the present distance data and the comparison distance data based on the recognition result by the floor recognition part; and a change area extraction part for calculating a difference value between the perspective correction after present distance data whose perspective correction is performed by the perspective correction part and the perspective correction after comparison distance data and extracting the area whose difference value is more than the threshold value as a change area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】対象物が遠方に存在する場合であっても、当該対象物が近傍に存在する場合と同様に認識可能な監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】監視領域を測定した3次元レーザスキャナの測定結果から、監視領域に存在する物体までの距離データを取得し、現距離データとする現データ演算部と、測定結果から過去の距離データを取得し、比較距離データに変換する比較データ演算部と、現距離データおよび比較距離データについて、距離データが示す物体が、床か床以外かを識別する床識別部と、床識別部による識別結果に基づき、現距離データおよび比較距離データについて、遠近補正を行う遠近補正部と、遠近補正部が遠近補正を行った遠近補正後現距離データと遠近補正後比較距離データとの差分値を算出し、当該差分値が閾値以上である領域を変化領域として抽出する変化領域抽出部とを備えた。【選択図】図1
