Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor in which the bondability of a metal stem with a joint material such as a joint glass is improved.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor is provided with an intermediate joint layer 31 between a joint glass 30 and a metal stem 10, the intermediate joint layer 31 being constituted to be free of, or contain a small amount of, a filler 30a. With such an intermediate joint layer 31 provided, the intermediate joint layer 31 wets a bonding face 10a with good wettability, making it possible to obtain high bond strength with respect to bonding with the metal stem 10. Furthermore, the filler 30a is liable to contain bubbles facilitating the formation of a defect such as a void, but because the intermediate joint layer 31 is constituted to be free of, or contain a small amount of, the filler 30a, it is possible to prevent the penetration of bubbles and suppress defect formation. For this reason, it is possible to obtain high bond strength in the interface with the metal stem 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属ステムと接合ガラスとの接合性を向上した圧力センサを提供する。【解決手段】接合ガラス30と金属ステム10との間に中間接合層31を備え、中間接合層31がフィラー30aを添加していないもの、もしくは含有量が少ないもので構成されるようにする。このような中間接合層31を備えることで、中間接合層31が濡れ性良く接合面10aに濡れ、金属ステム10との接合について高い接合強度を得ることが可能となる。さらに、フィラー30aは気泡を含みやすくボイド等の欠陥が形成されやすくなるが、中間接合層31がフィラー30aを添加していないもの、もしくは含有量が少ないもので構成されていることから、気泡の侵入を防いで欠陥形成を抑制できる。このため、金属ステム10との界面において、高い接合強度を得ることが可能となる。【選択図】図1
