AUTOMATIC REPORT GENERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a set of usable report generation technique tools having a customization option, and thereby to improve convenience of customization setting usable for an end user.SOLUTION: An automatic report generation method includes the steps of: previously generating a data structuring schema for report generation from a customizable query text, data set, data link, usable report field, and data search parameter, and storing the schema in a storage; designating default data structuring setting; generating a report template according to the generated data structuring schema and the designated data structuring setting; and generating a report on the basis of the template.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カスタマイズオプションを有する利用可能なレポート生成技術ツールのセットを改善し、エンドユーザが利用可能なカスタマイズ設定の利便性を向上する。【解決手段】自動レポート作成方法は、カスタマイズ可能なクエリテキスト、データセット、データリンク、利用可能レポートフィールド、およびデータ検索パラメータによりレポート生成のためのデータ構造化スキーマを事前に生成し、このスキーマをストレージに保存するステップと、デフォルトデータ構造化設定を指定するステップと、生成したデータ構造化スキーマおよび指定したデータ構造化設定に従ってレポートテンプレートを生成するステップと、テンプレートに基づいてレポートを生成するステップとを有する。【選択図】図１
