Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a parking brake.SOLUTION: A caliper main body 2 having its extremity end branched and formed can be freely moved in an axial direction of a wheel 3 by fitting its base end side into a supporting frame 5 mounted at a bogie 4. Two hydraulic pistons 7a, 7b are arranged at one extremity end part of the caliper main body 2 in order to push brake elements 8a, 8b supported at an inside part of the extremity end part of the caliper main body 2 against a brake disc 10 fixed to a wheel 3. Clearance adjustment devices 9a, 9b are arranged between these hydraulic pistons 7a, 7b. A base end part 13a of a brake lever 13 is rotatably arranged at an end part of a rod protruding side of a parking brake cylinder device 12 installed at the base end side of the caliper main body 2, and the brake element 8a at the side where the hydraulic pistons 7a, 7b are arranged is pushed by an extremity end part 13b around a fulcrum point 13c placed to the wheel side rather than a working oil pipe port 2a of the caliper main body 2.EFFECT: A size of the prior art float type caliper brake device can be maintained and its mounting characteristic onto a bogie is not prohibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】駐車ブレーキを追加する。【解決手段】台車4に設置する支持枠5に基端側を嵌め込むことで、先端側が分岐形成したキャリパ本体2を車輪3の軸方向への移動自在にする。キャリパ本体2の先端部の内側に支持された制輪子8a,8bを車輪3に取付けたブレーキディスク10に押付けるべく、キャリパ本体2の一方の先端部に2個の油圧ピストン7a,7bを配置する。これら油圧ピストン7a,7bの間に隙間調整装置9a,9bを配置する。キャリパ本体2の基端側に設置した駐車ブレーキシリンダ装置12のロッド突出側の端部にブレーキ梃子13の基端部13aを回転自在に取付け、キャリパ本体2の作動油配管口2aよりも車輪側とした支点13cを中心として、先端部13bで油圧ピストン7a,7bを配置した側の制輪子8aを押付ける。【効果】従来の浮動型キャリパブレーキ装置のサイズを維持でき、台車への搭載性を阻害しない。【選択図】図1 |
