Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor capable of suppressing deformation of a crank shaft without increasing a diameter of the crank shaft, and improving reliability of a bearing and compressor efficiency, for solving the problem of a crank shaft of the conventional rotary compressor which is rotated substantially upright by centrifugal force due to eccentricity of a compression mechanism and centrifugal force of a balance weight balanced therewith while supported by the bearing, that the crank shaft is deformed by the centrifugal force, so that the reliability of the bearing is degraded, and compressor efficiency is also degraded.SOLUTION: In a rotary compressor which includes a sealed container, and a compression mechanism and a motor accommodated inside of the sealed container, and in which the compression mechanism is driven by the motor through a crank shaft, the crank shaft is supported by at least two bearings, and a balance weight is disposed to balance eccentric weight of the compression mechanism, a ring member having an outer diameter larger than that of the crank shaft is closely fixed to the crank shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転式圧縮機のクランク軸は、圧縮機構の偏芯による遠心力と、それと釣り合うバランスウェイトの遠心力と、軸受に支持されることにより、ほぼ直立して回転する。しかし遠心力によりクランク軸は変形し、軸受の信頼性を低下させるとともに、圧縮機効率を低下させる。そこで、クランク軸の径を大きくすることなくクランク軸の変形を抑制し、軸受の信頼性および圧縮機効率を向上することを目的とする。【解決手段】密閉容器と、密閉容器の内部に収納された圧縮機構及び電動機とを備え、圧縮機構はクランク軸を介して電動機により駆動され、クランク軸は、少なくとも2つの軸受により支持され、圧縮機構の偏芯重量をバランスさせるためのバランスウェイトを備えた回転式圧縮機であって、クランク軸の外径よりも大きい外径のリング部材をクランク軸に密着固定するように構成した。【選択図】図1 |
