Each storage hole is composed of a plurality of corresponding U-shaped half holding portions 311. U-shaped openings 3111 of the two half holding portions oppositely installed are installed while intersecting. The two half holding portions are provided with corresponding U-shaped half oil grooves 312A and 312B, respectively.
