ROTARY MACHINE AND VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine which enables improvement of cooling performance achieved by a cooling passage, and to provide a vehicle including the rotary machine.SOLUTION: A rotary machine includes: a rotary machine body including a rotor, a rotary shaft which rotates with the rotor, and a stator enclosing the rotor; a circuit part which is disposed facing the rotary machine body in an axial direction of the rotary shaft and performs rotation control of the rotor; and a cooler which is disposed between the rotary machine body and the circuit part while thermally connected with the circuit part and has a cooling passage in which a coolant flows. A gap is provided between the rotary machine body and the cooler to form a cooling air duct.
