Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device which enables the addition of an electrostatic capacitance sensor function without causing the degradation of a performance as an optical sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor device comprises: an appropriate number of light-receiving and light-emitting elements 2 and 3 which are encased in a sensor case 1; a light sensor part 4 which outputs a light detection signal when the light-receiving element 3 receives reflection light, which is light reflected off a sensing target after emission by the light-emitting element 2; and an electrostatic capacitance sensor part 7 which outputs an electrostatic sensor detection signal on detection of an approach to an electrode 6 disposed on a light-transmissive window part 5 provided on the sensor case 1 for received/emitted light. In the electrode 6 of the electrostatic capacitance sensor part 7, light transmissive openings 8 of a given area are provided; the openings are centered around respective orthographical projected points of optical axes (OA) of light-receiving and light-emitting elements 2 and 3 to a plane orthogonal to the optical axes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】光センサとしての性能を劣化することなく静電容量センサ機能を付加することのできるセンサ装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】センサケース1内に収容される適数の受発光素子2、3を備え、発光素子2の照射光に対する検知対象による反射光の受光素子3による受光により光検出信号を出力する光センサ部4と、前記センサケース1に設けられる受発光光に対する光通過窓部5に配置される電極6への接近を検出した際に静電センサ検出信号を出力する静電容量センサ部7とを有し、前記静電容量センサ部7の電極6には、受発光素子2、3の光軸(OA)に対する直交面への正射投影点を中心とする所定面積の光透過開口8が開設される。【選択図】 図7 |
