Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated steel wire material capable of preventing a seizure from occurring during processing, such as wire drawing and reducing scrap clogging, and a method capable of simply manufacturing such a surface treated steel wire material at a low cost.SOLUTION: The surface treated steel wire material has a zinc phosphate coating on the surface of a steel wire material; the coating weight of the zinc phosphate coating is 4.0-7.0 g/m; the average grain size of a zinc phosphate in the zinc phosphate coating is 70 μm or less. The surface treated steel wire material is manufactured by combining and performing the descaling step of removing a scale adhering to the surface of the steel wire material and the surface control step of treating the surface of the steel wire material after the descaling step with a surface control agent for enhancing the reactivity of the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】伸線加工等の加工時に焼付きを発生することなく、しかもカス詰まりを低減できる表面処理鋼線材、及びこのような表面処理鋼線材を簡便かつ低コストで製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の表面処理鋼線材は、鋼線材の表面にリン酸亜鉛被膜を有する表面処理鋼線材であって、前記リン酸亜鉛被膜の付着量が4.0〜7.0g/m2であり、リン酸亜鉛被膜中のリン酸亜鉛の平均結晶粒径が70μm以下である。この表面処理鋼線材は、鋼線材の表面に付着したスケールを除去するデスケーリング工程、及び前記デスケーリング工程を終えた前記鋼線材の表面を、当該表面の反応性を高めるための表面調整剤によって処理する表面調整工程を、組み合わせて処理することによって製造できる。【選択図】図1 |
