PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system or the like capable of achieving processing about a user voice by validly using a positional relation between a sound input device and a head-mounted display device or the like.SOLUTION: A simulation system comprises: an input processing part for acquiring information on the position of a head-mounted display device mounted on a user and information on at least one of the position and direction of a sound input device for inputting a user voice; a display processing part for performing processing for displaying an image on the head-mounted display device; and a sound processing part for performing processing for causing a speaker arranged around the user to output a sound including the user voice input by the sound input device.
