SUBSCRIBER LINE TERMINATION DEVICE, ACCOMMODATION STATION DEVICE, AND ALARM TRANSMISSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber side termination device capable of notifying a system side of abnormality without newly adding hardware to an accommodation station device when a communication path of an optical fiber is cut off.SOLUTION: In a subscriber line termination device, a failure detection unit 21 detects failure of a communication line connected to itself and failure of itself. If failure of an optical fiber 3 is detected, an alarm transmission unit 22 transmits a communication line failure alarm representing failure of the optical fiber 3 to an operation server 7 via a network 4, another subscriber line termination device 2, and an accommodation station device 6.
