【課題】服飾品の曲面の領域における質感の再現の精度を従来に比較して高くし、消費者に対して実際と同程度の服飾品の画像を提供する布地画像処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の布地画像処理システムは、既知である複数の異なる曲率を有する布から取得した、曲率毎の観察視点と光源の照射方向との相対関係に対応した反射光強度から、布の曲率各々における観察視点及び光源の照射方向に基づいた輝度値を算出する輝度値算出関数を生成する輝度値関数生成部と、コンピュータグラフィックスにより、布製品の仮想の3次元形状を生成する3次元形状生成部と、3次元形状における画素である形状画素の平均曲率を抽出する曲率抽出部と、平均曲率に対応する曲率の輝度値算出関数を選択する関数選択部と、形状画素の輝度値を輝度値算出関数により算出する輝度値算出部とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
