Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blood pump capable of further suppressing occurrences of hemolysis and thrombus generated between a rotary shaft and a bearing part.SOLUTION: The centrifugal blood pump according to the present invention includes: a casing; an impeller rotatably stored in the casing; a rotary shaft as a rotary shaft of the impeller; and a bearing part for rotatably supporting both ends of the rotary shaft. Both ends of the rotary shaft are formed into a hemispherical shape respectively, and the bearing part includes recesses for supporting any of the ends of the rotary shaft respectively. The recesses have same curvature as the curvature of the hemispherical portions at the ends of the rotary shaft, and the internal surfaces of the recesses are formed smaller than the outer surfaces of the hemispherical portions at the ends of the rotary shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】回転シャフトと軸受部との間で生じる溶血及び血栓の発生をより一層抑えることができる遠心型血液ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る遠心型血液ポンプは、ケーシングと、ケーシング内に回転可能に収納されたインペラと、インペラの回転軸となる回転シャフトと、回転シャフトの両端部を回転可能に支持する軸受部とを備える遠心型血液ポンプであって、回転シャフトの両端部はそれぞれ半球状に形成され、軸受部は、回転シャフトのいずれかの端部をそれぞれ支持する凹部を備え、凹部は、回転シャフトの端部の半球状部分の曲率と同じ曲率を有するとともに、回転シャフトの端部の半球状部分の外表面よりも凹部の内表面が小さく形成されている。【選択図】図1
