Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine diagnostic system capable of detecting damage to a position regulation section to regulate a position of a valve body.SOLUTION: A hydraulic machine diagnostic system is to diagnose a hydraulic machine which comprises a rotary shaft, a cylinder, a piston which forms a working chamber together with the cylinder, and a high pressure valve 28 and a low pressure valve installed in the working chamber and performs conversion between rotary motion of the rotary shaft and reciprocal motion of the piston. Either the high pressure valve 28 or the low pressure valve is a solenoid valve which has: a valve 35 sucked in a direction toward a core 41 by magnetic force generated with electric current applied to a solenoid coil 42; and a position regulation section 60 to regulate a position where the valve body can be moved closest to the core 41. The hydraulic machine diagnostic system has: a pressure sensor to detect pressure in the working chamber; a response delay calculation section which calculates a response delay from time when application of the electric current to the coil is stopped to the time when the valve body moves away from the core on the basis of a temporal change in pressure inside a cylinder obtained through the pressure sensor; and a damage detection section which detects damage to the position regulation section on the basis of the response delay.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A 【課題】弁体の位置を規制するための位置規制部の損傷を検知可能な油圧機械の診断システムを提供する。【解決手段】回転シャフトと、シリンダと、シリンダと共に作動室を形成するピストンと、作動室に設けられる高圧弁28及び低圧弁と、を有し、回転シャフトの回転運動とピストンの往復運動との間で変換を行う油圧機械において、高圧弁28又は低圧弁の少なくとも一方は、ソレノイドコイル42に電流を供給して生じる磁力によってコア41に向かって吸引される弁体35と、コア41に最も近付く位置を規制するための位置規制部60と、を有する電磁弁であり、診断システムは、作動室の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、圧力センサにより得られる筒内圧の経時変化に基づいて、コイルへの電流の供給を停止した時点から弁体がコアから離れた時点までの応答遅れを算出する応答遅れ算出部と、応答遅れに基づいて、位置規制部の損傷を検知する損傷検知部と、を備える。【選択図】図5A
