PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade unit capable of maintaining the position of a blade member, an imaging apparatus including the blade unit, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: Blade units 100 and 200 include a base plate 110 which has an opening 111, blade members 130a, 130b, and 130c which open and close at least a part of the opening 111, a first driving part which is moved to drive the blade members 130a, 130b, and 130c, and a stopper 176 which allows or regulates the movement of the first driving part.
