OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device capable of facilitating opening and closing work of a door installed on the ceiling or the like.SOLUTION: An opening and closing device according to an embodiment includes an operation rod 2 extending toward the ceiling, and a turning mechanism 10 provided on a distal end in an extension direction of the operation rod 2. The turning mechanism 10 includes a rod coaxially provided on the distal end of the operation rod 2 and having a screw driver part 12 on a distal end in a side separated from the operation rod 2, a cylindrical body having an inside diameter larger than a pin 112 and into which the rod is slidably inserted, and a first spring 14 provided between the cylindrical body and the operation rod 2 and energizing the cylindrical body to the operation rod 2 from a base end on the operation rod 2 side toward the distal end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】天井等に設置されている扉の開閉作業を容易にできる開閉装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る開閉装置は、天井へ向かって延びる操作棒２と、操作棒２の延出方向の先端に設けられる回動機構１０と、を備え、回動機構１０は、操作棒２の先端に同軸に設けられ、操作棒２と離間する側の先端にねじ回し部１２を有する棒と、ピン１１２よりも大きな内径を有し、棒をスライド可能に挿通した円筒体と、円筒体および操作棒２の間に設けられ、操作棒２に対して円筒体を棒の操作棒２側の基端から先端へ向かう方向へ付勢する第１バネ１４と、を有する。【選択図】 図３
