FASTENING FIXING STRUCTURE OF OPENING/CLOSING RING AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF RING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening fixing structure of an opening/closing ring in which the attachment and detachment to/from the outside of a finger can smoothly be performed while aligning a ring size without impairing decorative properties as accessories, the fine adjustment can also be performed in conformity to finger thickness by opening and closing it by light force in the opening/closing operation, and the holding power can be improved after the attachment and the attachment state can firmly be maintained, and provide a production method of the ring.SOLUTION: A fastening fixing structure of an opening/closing ring is characterized as follows: a base part of a pair of semicircular ring members 2, 3 is pivotally attached and a ring body 1 is constituted; an insertion base part 12 of the ring member 2 is inserted between forked parts 11 of the ring member 2; a sheet metal 4 is interposed between the forked part 11 and the insertion base part 12 and a pivotally-attaching part 5 is crimped, and the ring members 2, 3 are provided turnably; the ring members 2, 3 are fastened and fixed together through an abutment part 27 in a shape-memory state of deformed bulging surfaces 20 deformed and bulging in the pivotally-attaching direction by addition of a twisting process when drilling to a sheet metal 4; or the ring members 2, 3 are fastened and released together through the abutment surface 28 in a flat state of the deformed bulging surfaces 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】装身具としての装飾性を損なうことなく、リングサイズを合わせながら指の外方から円滑に着脱でき、開閉操作時には軽い力で開閉して指の太さに合わせて微調整も可能になり、装着後には保持力を向上して装着状態を強固に維持できる開閉指輪の止着固定構造とその指輪の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】一対の半環状のリング部材２、３の基部を軸着して指輪本体１を構成し、リング部材２の二又部１１の間にリング部材２の装入基部１２を装入し、二又部１１と装入基部１２との間に金属薄板４を介在させて軸着部５を加締めてリング部材２、３を回動自在に設け、金属薄板４に、穴あけ時にヒネリ工程が加わって軸着方向に変形膨出した変形膨出面２０同士の形状記憶状態の当接部位２７を介してリング部材２、３同士を止着固定し、又は変形膨出面２０同士のフラット状態の当接面２８を介してリング部材２、３同士を止着解除するようにした。【選択図】図１
